JOCELYN : I dont think you should FORCE people into buying the classt-shirt, it isn't COMPULSORY, only STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. please be reasonable. maybe the t-shirt shop is owned by SOMEONE'S dad or mom in 1-1, so THAT PERSON wants everyone to purchase it. To encourage good business? I'm merely guessing. Dont take this remark too seriously. no offence.
